3 Easy Whole30 Recipes
These recipes are very easy to make and perfect for any day when you ‘re tired and don’t have a lot of time to prepare a meal.
Meal 1- Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
-Butternut Squash Noodles
-1 Pound Ground Beef
-Whole30 Compliant Marinera Sauce
– Mixed Green Salad
Meal 2 – Shrimp Salad
-Seasoning of your choice
– Mixed Green Salad or salad of your choice
To make this Whole30 Shrimp Salad, start by seasoning the shrimp with your seasoning of choice. Make sure you read your label and that it’s Whole30 approved.
Warm a skillet and add olive oil. Once olive oil is warm, add in the shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink.
For the dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves.
Place mixed green salad on a plate and top off with shrimp and dressing.
Meal 3, the easiet whole30 meal – Eggs with avocado and salad
I love my eggs runny, to get them to the consistency of this photo start by boiling water, once water is boiling place eggs in water and set a timer to exactly 7 1/2 minutes. Once time is up, take eggs out and place them in a bowl with water and ice. Once eggs are cool, peel and serve over salad and add an avocado. Add salt and pepper for taste
