A quick and easy weight watchers recipe and guess what ?! It’s NOT chicken!
I made it in a cast iron skillet this recipe is typically made with a sheet pan. This made 5 servings for 6SP !
What you will need: shrimp (any size you want) , turkey sausage, small golden potatoes, garlic, and corn.
Seasonings I used: Seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and dried parsley
– Preheat oven to 425
Cut your ingridents up, boil your potatoes for 10 -15 minutes add corn last 5 minutes of boil
– Season your shrimp, then drain your corn and potatoes, add to skillet or sheet pan, spray with olive oil, add sausage + garlic, add seasoning over all your ingredients, add already seasoned shrimp, spray with oil once more and place in oven
– Bake on 425 for 15 minutes than stir food and bake additional 5 minutes on 450
