1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
2 TEASPOON COCOA POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
SIEVE
1 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP OIL
MIX WELL
MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS (GRADUALLY)
1 TEASPOON WHITE VINEGAR

1 TEASPOON RED FOOD COLOR
MIX WELL
TAKE A FRY PAN & BRUSH SOME OIL
POUR 1 CUP BATTER FOR EACH LAYER
